Scott Stearns has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Scott began their career at Hewitt Associates in 1988, where they worked as a Consultant until 1996. Scott then moved on to Willis Towers Watson, where they held multiple roles, including Global Client Relationship Director/Business Developer from 2002 to 2019. In 2020, they joined EHE Health as the VP of Client Solutions until October 2021. Currently, they are working at Alight Solutions as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts, a position they have held since June 2022.

Scott Stearns earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Marquette University in the years 1984 to 1988.
