Nitin Gautam has extensive experience in IT planning, architecture, and application development, currently serving as the Director of IT Planning & Architecture at Alight Solutions since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nitin held multiple positions at ReedGroup from March 2016 to March 2023, including Senior Architect and Application Architect, focusing on absence management solutions. Nitin's career also includes a decade at Aon Hewitt, where responsibilities ranged from IT Senior Application Development Tech Lead to Software Engineer, primarily working on absence management projects. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Director Systems II at the Petroleum Federation of India, overseeing IT department operations and application management. Nitin holds an MCA in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University, an MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, and a BCA in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
