Mahmood Shamsher Ali is an accomplished executive and consultant with extensive experience in the finance and education sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Alif Innovations Pvt. Ltd since June 2023 and Country Representative for Alif Bank in Pakistan since January 2022, Mahmood has a background in providing business solutions to retail bankers at Green Peak International Pvt. Ltd from January 2020 to January 2022. As the founder and CEO of Potentia Consulting Pvt. Ltd from July 2019 to October 2021, Mahmood specialized in creating learning interventions for organizations. Additionally, Mahmood has held various roles, including Board Member at Accountability Lab Pakistan, Global Subsidiary Relationship Manager at FINCA Impact Finance, and Regional Training Manager for MESA at FINCA International. Educational qualifications include an EMBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland.
