Bakhtovar Mavlonov is a finance professional with a Bachelor's degree in finance and credit from Tajik National University. Since August 2017, Bakhtovar has been serving as the Head of the Credit Department at Alif Bank, overseeing various financing sectors including auto, business, corporate, and consumer financing. Previous roles at Alif Bank include Deputy Head of the Product Department, Head of the Development of Small Lending Department, Head of the SME Department, Car Financing Manager, and Representative for Alif.Mobi. Bakhtovar's experience also includes freelance auto sales and a brief internship in business development at the Central Asian Stock Exchange in 2016. Educational background includes a high school diploma from Tajik-Turkish Haji Kemal High School.
