Olivier ROLAND is an experienced professional in product management and project leadership, currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Alien since September 2024, while also teaching at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. Previously, Olivier held significant roles, including Senior AI Product Manager at Shift Technology, where oversight of multicultural squads and governance implementation were key responsibilities. Other notable positions include establishing the Product department at Zaion, leading product management at ALTEN's Stellantis PO Factory, and managing the development of a SaaS platform at Réseau Canopé, among others. Olivier’s educational background includes a degree in engineering from ENSIIE, enriched by early academic training in mathematics and sciences.
