Yağmur Hıdıroğlu Ünsal has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Yağmur started their career in 2014 as an Interpreter at Alman Galata Polikliniği. In 2015, they worked as a Publishing Editor at Gmag before transitioning to the role of Editor & Translator in 2017. Yağmur then joined Insider in 2018, where they initially worked as a Technical Researcher before becoming a Technical Recruiter in 2019. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Alictus as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the People & Culture department. At Alictus, they contribute to the company's mission of becoming one of the most influential gaming companies in the world by bringing in talented individuals to achieve ambitious goals.

Yağmur Hıdıroğlu Ünsal attended Middle East Technical University from 2011 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. Yağmur also acquired several additional certifications, including "Dijital Pazarlama Uzmanlığı" (Digital Marketing Expertise), "İşaret Dili Eğitimi" (Sign Language Education), "Etkili İletişim Stratejileri ve Beden Dili" (Effective Communication Strategies and Body Language), "İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi Eğitimi" (Human Resource Management Education), "İş Analizi ve Görev Tanımı Eğitimi" (Job Analysis and Job Description Education), and "İşe Alım ve Mülakat Teknikleri Eğitimi" (Recruitment and Interview Techniques Education), all obtained from Istanbul İşletme Enstitüsü in 2018.
