Monique Genovese is an experienced production manager with a strong background in the fashion industry, currently serving as the Production Manager for Import Production at alice + olivia since November 2021. In this role, Monique leads the production flow of overseas vendors, collaborates with internal teams, and manages WIP reports. Previously, Monique worked as a Production Associate at JLM Couture, where responsibilities included overseeing communications with factories and inventory control. Monique also held the position of Production Manager for Domestic RTW at Oscar de la Renta and gained hands-on experience as Operations Manager/Assistant Designer at Victor Harper Couture Bridal. Early career roles included fashion illustration at Yumi Katsura and internships in various capacities. Monique holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Minors in Art History and Italian and a Certificate in Millinery Techniques from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
