Azul Esteban Cubero Elle is a communication specialist currently serving as Encargade de Comunicación for the program +empleo at ALIARSE since February 2023. Previous roles include Regional Communications Specialist at BAC Credomatic and Regional Communication Assistant at IOM - UN Migration. Additionally, Azul co-coordinated communication for the HIV project with Frente por los Derechos Igualitarios and contributed to public policy communications research at the Universidad de Costa Rica. Education includes a Licenciatura in Comunicación estratégica and a Bachillerato in Comunicación Colectiva from Universidad de Costa Rica.
