Matthew Birdsall is an experienced data engineering manager currently leading a team at Alianza, Inc. since February 2023, where strategic direction and technical expertise are provided to ensure the delivery of reliable data services. Matthew's previous roles include senior positions at Crumbl Cookies, DailyPay, and SalesLoft, where Matthew developed AI applications, engineered data models, and designed data lake solutions. Matthew has a strong foundation in data science, having served as a staff data scientist at XANT and co-founding Litem Analytics, where innovative machine learning applications were developed. Educational credentials include a Master's in Applied Statistics and a Bachelor's in Actuarial Science, both from Brigham Young University.
