Hassan Fahmy is an experienced HR professional with a diverse work history. With an MBA and certifications in SPHRi and CHRM, Hassan has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR planning and implementation. Hassan Fahmy served as the Director of Human Resources at Middle East Broadcasting Networks (MBN), where they provided leadership and direction for HR functions domestically and internationally. Hassan also worked as a Senior HR Manager at MBN, serving as a trusted business partner to management and implementing key HR processes. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Planning Manager at the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, where they oversaw manpower establishment, organization charts, and budgeting. Hassan's earlier roles include Sr. HR Specialist at ICTQatar, HR Supervisor at Katara Hospitality, HR Executive at SEGAS - Oil & Energy, and Sr. HR Specialist at SEKEM Holding (pharmaceutical). Hassan Fahmy began their career as a Sr. HR Researcher at KPMG, where they conducted search and selection processes. Throughout their career, Hassan has demonstrated a strong ability to evaluate and implement effective HR strategies and processes.

Hassan Fahmy has a diverse education history. In 1999, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management from the Faculty of Commerce - Business Section. Hassan Fahmy continued their studies at The American University in Cairo, completing a High Certificate - Mini Diploma in Business Administration & Management from 2000 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Diploma in Human Resources Development from The American University in Cairo from 2001 to 2002. In 2015, they obtained an MBA degree in Human Resources - Organization Development from Cambridge International Collage.

Additionally, Hassan Fahmy has obtained several certifications related to their field. In January 2018, they received the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
