David DeSantis M. Ed., CHRP, is an accomplished educational leader currently serving as the Director of Education at Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board since January 2019, where the focus is on discipleship, scholarship, and stewardship. In addition, David holds the position of Sector Chair for the Education Cabinet at United Way KFL&A and previously worked as an Internal Lead at the Ontario Ministry of Education. David's extensive experience in education includes serving as Superintendent of Learning at Waterloo Catholic District School Board and various roles at Halton Catholic District School Board, including Principal and Assistant Superintendent of Student Success. David’s educational background includes a Master of Education in Administration and Leadership from Brock University, and ongoing studies towards a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership at Western University.
