Cindy Cullen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering, customer support, and web development. Currently, Cindy serves as the Manager of Customer Support at Algolia and has held multiple roles within the company since June 2019. In addition to a senior position at RedTree Albums, Cindy has led initiatives at Cullen Web Services since 2009, focusing on web hosting, e-commerce development, and internet marketing. Prior roles include technical leadership at WP Buffs and web development at Iostudio, LLC, as well as ownership of Promised Land Services, LLC. Cindy has also contributed to the education sector as a computer teacher and has a solid foundation in application programming from earlier positions at General Electric Information Services and Chemical Abstracts Services. Cindy holds a BS in Computer Science from Austin Peay State University and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Nashville State Technical Institute.
