Benoit Perrot is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Algolia since March 2019, where responsibility encompasses the core Search product and leadership of a 40-member AI Search group. Prior to Algolia, Benoit held various leadership roles at Criteo, including SRE Staff Development Lead, where the focus was on advancing continuous deployment practices. Benoit's career also includes a significant tenure at Dassault Systèmes, culminating as Chief Technology Officer of the R&D Core Technology department, leading pivotal technology initiatives and product audits. With early experience in software engineering and development, Benoit has built a solid foundation in computer science, holding a Master of Science degree from EPITA.
