Daniela Polo is an experienced professional in Human Resources, currently serving as Acting Manager of Human Resources at ALGI International Inc. since April 2021, where significant achievements include successfully executing global HR procedures and presenting key metrics to top management. Previous roles at ALGI included Global Coordinator and Regional Coordinator, where Daniela implemented strategies for talent acquisition and organizational development. Additionally, Daniela has contributed to the non-profit sector as a co-leader at Por Un Perú Mejor and gained diverse experience as a Language Tutor and in various project management roles across multiple companies. Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad de Piura and a Professional Title of Ontological Coach from Axon Training.
