Yasmin Rabie is currently the Regional Talent Acquisition and OD Supervisor at Alghanim International General Trading & Contracting Co. WLL, responsible for headhunting and conducting CBI assessments for regional openings in KSA, Dubai, Bahrain, and Egypt, as well as onboarding new hires and updating job descriptions. With previous roles as an Assessment Center Consultant at CXacademyllc and JOBMASTER Human Capital Solutions, Yasmin has extensive experience in conducting talent assessments. At Profolio, leadership in recruiting efforts and the management of outsourcing key accounts were key responsibilities. Yasmin demonstrated skills in talent assessment and recruitment cycle management at Raya Contact Center and held the Head of Recruitment position at MADA Consultancy & Outsourcing, focusing on recruitment policy development and client negotiations. With a background in IT and Engineering recruitment at ESG Consulting and early customer care experience at CIB Egypt, Yasmin holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Ain Shams University.
