Simon Foster is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in the fast-food and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for Alghanim Industries since September 2016, Simon oversees operations for Wendy's across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, and emerging markets. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of Operations Manager at M. H. Alshaya Co., managed regional events for Shake Shack at Moto Hospitality, and served as General Manager at Scot Young Research Ltd. Beginning a career at McDonald's UK, Simon advanced from Business Manager to Food Division Manager between 1995 and 2007.
