Sidali KHELIFATI is a hydraulic engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at Algerian Energy Company since September 2022 as an ingénieur en hydraulique, focusing on control and supervision of EPC projects related to hydraulic disciplines. Previous roles include hydraulic engineering responsibilities at SIDEM engineering, where work involved overseeing a seawater desalination station project, and at EURL TGCTP with VRD project execution. Sidali has also contributed to infrastructure studies at EGSA and has been involved in the construction oversight at Amenhyd and Bureau d'études Tassili engineering. Sidali KHELIFATI holds a Master’s degree in water engineering and hydraulics from Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène'.
