Thomas M. has worked at three different companies. In 2019, they began working at ALGAIA as a Business Development Manager for AGRIS and Biostimulants. Prior to that, they worked at FUTURECO BIOSCIENCE from 2008 to 2019, holding the roles of Business Development Manager and Product Manager Biopesticides. Before that, they worked at ACCIONA from 2006 to 2008 as an Administrative Assistant.

Thomas M. has a diverse educational background. Thomas received their Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2002-2005. Thomas then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from Universidad de Almería in 2005-2008. In 2006-2007, they attended Universidad de León to pursue an Ingeniería in Ingeniería agrónoma y producción vegetal. Thomas then furthered their education by obtaining an Executive Master in Marketing - Product Manager from EADA Business School in 2009-2010. Finally, they attended Lycée Français de Barcelone and received a Baccalauréat Scientifique - Mention.
