Lavanya Kakimallaiah is a Data Scientist and Software Developer Specialist currently employed at PwC Australia since April 2024 and conducting graduate research at Alfred Health since August 2023, focusing on epilepsy seizure detection using deep learning techniques. Previous experiences include roles at MYMI as a Data Science Intern, and at DXC Technology as a Full Stack Developer and Data Scientist, where contributions included integrating machine learning models with SAP BTP and utilizing TensorFlow for image classification. Lavanya's career began at SAP Labs India, progressing from an ABAP Developer to a Developer in C4C Analytics & ML, and also encompassed expertise as a ChatBot Developer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Data Science from Monash University, a Master's in Computer Science from Acharya Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
