Robert Byrne has over two decades of experience in IT and management roles, currently serving in the MIS Department at Alfred Dunner Inc. since September 2010. Prior to this position, Robert held the title of IT Helpdesk Manager at L'Occitane, overseeing the Technical Helpdesk for various corporate and retail locations from September 2006 to August 2010. Robert's earlier roles include Senior Helpdesk Analyst and Retail IT Coordinator at Escada, as well as an Account Coordinator at Bozell and an Account Executive at TMP Worldwide. Robert obtained a BA in Marketing from Rider University between 1986 and 1991.
