Bushra Ansari has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Bushra is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for India, Middle East, and Africa at Alfa Laval. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, Leadership Hiring, and Young Talent Program at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India. Bushra has also held various roles at ACC Limited, including Deputy General Manager Human Resources, Chief Manager Human Resources, and Manager Human Resources. Before joining ACC, they worked as a Deputy Manager of Corporate HR at Tata Teleservices Ltd. Bushra began their career as an Internship Trainee at Kale Consultants Limited. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, talent strategy, and HR digitization, among other areas.

Bushra Ansari's education history includes the following:

- In 2021-2022, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, where they completed an Executive Certificate Program in Strategy & Leadership for Senior Professionals.

- From 2004 to 2006, they studied at the Balaji Institute of Modern Management, earning a PGDM degree in Human Resources.

- During the same period, they also pursued a Masters in Labor Laws at Savitribai Phule Pune University, specializing in Labor Laws.
