Keith Parrott is the current President & CEO at Alexian Brothers Health System. Prior to this, Keith served as the CEO of Tenet Healthcare's Alabama/Tennessee Group and Brookwood Baptist Health. Keith also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Baptist Health System Birmingham Alabama and Memorial Hermann Northwest Hospital.

Keith has over 27 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Keith started their career as an administrator at Memorial Hermann Health System in 1991 and was promoted to CEO in 2008. Keith then joined Tenet Healthcare in 2015, where they served as the CEO of the Alabama/Tennessee Group and Brookwood Baptist Health. In 2018, they were appointed President & CEO of Alexian Brothers Health System.

Keith Parrott has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baylor University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
