Eva Bjerrum has been working in the field of organization analysis for many years. Eva began their career at TDC in 1987 as a Project Manager. In 2001, they joined the Alexandra Instituttet, where they held the role of Distinguished Organisation Analyst and later Forsknings- og innovationschef. Eva also worked at The Alexandra Institute in the same year as an Innovation Manager.

Eva Bjerrum attended Aarhus University, where they obtained an MA in Danish Litterature and Information Technology.
