Dawson School is currently the Head of School at ALEXANDER DAWSON SCHOOL. Prior to that, they were the Upper School Director at Dawson School from July 2007 to June 2012. Before Dawson School, they were at The Bullis School from January 1995 to December 2007 where they were the Academic Dean and also the Varsity Boys' Soccer Coach from 1998-2007. Dawson was also the Math Department Chair from 1996-2001 and the Academic Dean from 2001-2007. Lastly, they were a Math and Economics Teacher from 1995-2007.

Dawson School completed a BA in Economics at Pomona College and an M.Ed. in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Some direct reports include David D'Ercole - Director of Lower School, Anne Hecox - Director of Upper School, and Jay Parker - Director of Middle School.
