Jessica Morikone, JD, PHR, currently serves as the Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Alexander & Baldwin since November 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Human Resources Consultant at Hawaii Employers Council from July 2015 to November 2021 and serving as the Human Resources Benefits Team Lead at HMSA from October 2010 to June 2015. Jessica Morikone holds a Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa and a degree from UC Irvine.
