James Ricketts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Engineer at Alerton Australia since July 2019, James has developed a strong technical foundation through previous positions as a Project Engineer, Controls Engineer, and Graduate Controls Engineer. Prior to Alerton, James worked as a Trading Officer at PointsBet, managing market pricing and risk. James's early career includes roles as a Casual Commissioning Editor at Cambridge University Press, where responsibilities included creating educational materials for mathematics, and as a Business Analyst and Research intern at Monash Oakleigh Legal Service, where a High Distinction in Industry Based Learning was achieved. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering with Honours and Commerce from Monash University, which was completed in 2019.
