Richard Ginsburg is an experienced executive in the security and automation industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of Alert 360 since July 2014, overseeing one of the largest residential home automation and commercial security monitoring companies in the United States. Additionally, Richard has been the Chief Executive Officer of ACS Security since December 2021, revitalizing the firm with innovative products and services, and achieving notable retention rates. As a Non-Managing Partner at G3 Capital Partners, LLC since June 2010, Richard focuses on early-stage investments and acquisitions in business and consumer services. Prior roles include President/CEO of Protection One from 2001 to 2010, where Richard was tasked with turning around a struggling company, and founding Guardian International from 1993 to 2001, successfully managing its reverse merger into a public entity. Richard holds a degree from the University of Miami, completed in 1990.
