James Nish serves as the Lead Director at Alert 360 and holds multiple significant roles, including Chairman of the Capital Structure and Asset Management Committee at Gibraltar Industries, Inc. Nish has extensive experience in corporate governance, serving as a board member and audit committee chairman for various organizations, including Eneti Inc. and Gibraltar Industries. In academia, Nish is an adjunct professor of accounting at Baruch College and Pace University, where advanced accounting and finance courses are taught. Prior experience includes leadership positions at JP Morgan and Bear Stearns, coupled with an earlier role as a CPA at Arthur Young & Co. Nish holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University at Buffalo.
