Technical Support Analyst at Acara Solutions

Hunter Lewis is a Technical Support Analyst at Aleron since January 2022, responsible for managing new user onboarding, handling support tickets, and monitoring remote backups using systems such as vCenter. Previously, Hunter served as a Computer Science Intern, where tasks included onboarding new users, managing user profiles in Active Directory, and configuring Cisco phones, among other technical duties. Prior experience includes working as a Help Desk Technician at Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology, focused on password resets, onsite support, and various IT support functions. Hunter holds a Bachelor's degree in Network and System Administration from Alfred State College and an Associate of Science in Information Technology from the same institution, alongside a high school diploma from Cincinnatus Central School District.
