Chris Delorey serves as the Senior Vice President at Alera Group, Inc. since November 2023, focusing on innovative employee benefit solutions for mid-market and large employers. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Executive Vice President at Marsh McLennan Agency from 2008 to November 2023, where expertise in securities and investment advisory services was showcased, alongside navigating complex healthcare systems as Senior Vice President. Chris was also a Partner at Telamon Insurance & Financial Network from September 1993 to December 2008, and briefly served as the Executive Vice President for Employee Health & Benefits at Marsh & McLennan Agency in early 2008. Chris holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Vermont and is an alumnus of Deerfield Academy.
