Shalini Das is a Process Engineer at aleo solar since July 2021, focusing on evaluating and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Prior experience includes a Master Thesis Project at Mubea, where Shalini analyzed measurement systems for belt tensioner components, and an internship involving the design and development of belt tensioners for hybrid electric vehicles. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Assistant at Fachhochschule Südwestfalen, contributing to glass production research, and working as a Production Engineer at Simtek Medico Systems, providing technical support and training personnel. Shalini holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
