Steve Mills has a strong background in sales, operations management, and leadership. Steve has held various positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc., including Regional Vice President and District Manager. Throughout their career, Steve has consistently demonstrated the ability to develop strategic plans, lead teams, and achieve company objectives. Prior to their work at Lowe's, Steve served in the US Army as an Infantry Team Leader. Steve holds education from NorthWest Arkansas Community College and has completed training programs at Lowe's. Currently, Steve is the Vice President of Enterprise & Retail Sales at Alen, where Steve has established a sales organization hierarchy and developed annual sales plans in alignment with organizational objectives.
