Tony Stephens has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1990 with Hilton Reservations Worldwide as an Operations Specialist. From 1997 to 2004, they worked at EarthLink as a Workforce Supervisor. Tony then joined Express Scripts, Inc. in 2004 as a Senior Resource Manager, where they were responsible for workforce management functions. In their most recent role, starting in 2021, Tony has been the Director of Workforce Optimization at Alegeus, overseeing all aspects of the workforce management life cycle.

Tony Stephens attended Brookhaven College from 1995 to 1996, studying Business Management.
