Max Crosby's work experience includes a role as Sr Director of Service Delivery at Alegeus since 2017, where they focus on client satisfaction and business growth, collaborating with partners to maximize Alegeus platforms and services. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing and Sales Volunteer at Yabal from 2016 to 2017, where they designed and implemented a direct marketing and sales program. Max also worked as a Vice President of Business and Operations at WageWorks from 2013 to 2015, managing relationship management operations and overseeing the largest Newton office clients. Max began their career at Crosby Benefit Systems in 1994 as a Senior Manager, where they eventually oversaw all client service, process improvement, and strategic operations.

Max Crosby attended Washington University in St. Louis from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government.
