Co-founder and President, Mat Kendall, leads a team focused on building Aledade’s ACO network, developing ACO initiatives, expanding to new practices, improving patient care, and managing relationships with Aledade’s ACOs. Mat began his career as a health clinic executive, providing him first-hand knowledge of the needs, challenges, and opportunities for primary care physician practices. Mat also led the Department of Health and Human Services’ Regional Extension Center Project – the largest medical technical assistance project in history – connecting over 143,000 primary care physicians with local partners to support implementation of electronic health records. Mat has a Masters from the Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health.
