Alexis Petit is currently the CTO and Lead Scientist at Share My Space, focusing on developing a workflow to improve observational data and assess collision risks between satellites and space debris. Prior to this, Alexis held positions at IFAC-CNR Institute of Applied Physics, where Alexis studied collision risks for large constellations, and at Institut de Mécanique Céleste et de Calcul des Ephémérides, where Alexis developed semi-analytical theories for orbit propagation. Alexis completed their PhD in Astronomy at Université de Namur, and has a Master's degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Observatoire de Paris.
