Federica Coppola has worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Aldo Coppola since September 2016. Prior to that, they were the Amministratore delegato at ACCADEMIA ALDO COPPOLA starting from January 2014. From April 2012 to March 2014, they served as the Brand Manager at Aldo Coppola UK. Before that, they had an internship at BECCA Ltd. from April 2011 to October 2011, and another internship at Teamwork Consulting Spa from September 2009 to July 2010.

Federica Coppola completed their high school education at Hawaii Preparatory Academy, earning a high school diploma in 2005. Federica then attended Università Bocconi from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Management, focusing on Economics and Management. Later, in 2010 and 2011, they pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Management at the University of Buckingham.
