Martin Danler currently serves as the Manager of Group HR at ALDI SÜD HOLDING since June 2021, focusing on global HR strategy, health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, HR IT alignment, and reporting and people analytics. Previously, Martin held the position of Executive Manager of Store Operations at ALDI Stores Australia from June 2019, and served as Regional Sales Manager at HOFER Österreich from April 2015 to June 2019. Early career experiences include a role as a Junior Consultant at BOC Group and positions in accounting, controlling, and civil service. Martin's educational background includes a Master’s degree in International Retail Management from Reutlingen University and Bachelor's degrees from Universität Innsbruck and MCI, alongside an exchange program at Kyung Hee University.
