Tyan Schreck is a Financial Analyst at Alderwood Water & Wastewater District since September 2022, previously serving as an Associate Management Analyst for the City of San Diego from August 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing grant portfolios, assisting with budgetary matters, and monitoring compliance for over $1 billion in loans related to water and wastewater projects. Tyan began career in finance as a Debt Management Trainee at CVS Pharmacy and gained research experience at the University of California, Santa Cruz, under Professor Daniel Hirsch on environmental justice issues. Tyan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
