Stephen Conrad is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and management. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Manager at Aldermore Bank PLC since October 2018, Stephen previously held the position of Tax Manager at Marks and Spencer, where responsibilities included managing UK corporation tax compliance and preparing numerous tax computations and returns. Prior experience includes the role of Global Tax Compliance Manager at Arup, where Stephen managed both UK and global tax compliance and served as the primary contact for HMRC. Stephen began a career in tax and audit at Baker Tilly as an Audit Senior, focusing on planning and managing audits for various significant clients.
