Justine Kerbs, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Alcott HR since October 2020. Prior to this role, Justine worked at Compass Workforce Solutions, LLC from May 2014 to September 2020, where responsibilities included positions as Sr. Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Coordinator. Earlier in Justine's career, from July 2011 to July 2014, a role as Lead Preschool Teacher was held at the Learning Care Group. Justine holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Farmingdale State College, completed from 2010 to 2014.
