Roberto De Jesus is a Cyber Security Specialist at ALCOSAN, responsible for managing Information Security policies and technical systems to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems. Previously, Roberto served as an Assistant Cybersecurity Engineer at Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute, supporting government entities with cyber lab environments and information sharing initiatives. Roberto gained practical experience as a Cybersecurity Intern at Schneider Downs, conducting penetration tests for Fortune 500 clients, and as Lead Endpoint Technician at the University of Pittsburgh, overseeing a team providing technical support. Additionally, as an End User Support Associate at Range Resources, Roberto assisted over 500 users with IT support and systems administration. Roberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
