Viktoria Keliar currently serves as the COO of Alcor, a recruitment service provider specializing in tech positions for IT product companies, since November 2017. Previously, Viktoria held multiple roles at SBT Systems, including Co-head of the Legal Department and Head of the International Corporate Legal Practice, where expertise in legal services for IT companies was developed. Viktoria's experience also includes positions as a Legal Adviser at Luxoft and a Legal Assistant Paralegal at EY. Viktoria holds a Master’s degree in Law from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and completed additional studies at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2018.
