Rocio Cardenas Martin has a diverse work experience. Rocio started their career at McMaster-Carr as a Manager from September 2006 to July 2011. Later, they joined Deloitte where they worked as a Manager - Operations Transformation from October 2013 to April 2018. Currently, Rocio is employed at Alcon where they initially served as the Chief of Staff to the CEO from May 2018 to September 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Director Vision Care Franchise Operations at Alcon starting from September 2021.
