Rekha Rangarajan, PhD, PMP, MBA, has extensive experience in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Project Director for Extraocular Devices and Pharma at Alcon, and previously as Director of New Products Ideation for Dry Eye within the Global Vision Care Franchise at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Technical Project Leader and Fellow at Novartis, as well as Senior Scientist II and Principal Scientist at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. Rekha's academic background includes a Post Doctoral Researcher position and Research Assistant role at the University of Connecticut.
