Raj Suryakumar is a seasoned professional in the field of clinical research and development, currently serving as the Vice President and Global Head of Clinical R&D at Alcon. With a robust background at Alcon, Raj has previously held the positions of Vice President and Head of Global Clinical R&D Surgical Franchise, along with roles such as Head of Search & Evaluation for Surgical and Senior Clinical Project Lead. Raj boasts an academic foundation in Vision Science, holding both a PhD and MSc from the University of Waterloo, awarded in 2005 and 2000, respectively.
