Li-Chen Pan is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR). Currently serving as Global HEOR Senior Manager at Alcon since June 2023, Li-Chen previously held positions as Senior Manager and Manager of Commercial Strategy & Market Access at Veranex from January 2022 to June 2023. Li-Chen's career began at Boston Healthcare Associates, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate and then Manager from July 2018 to December 2021. Additional experiences include a Data Analyst Internship at Partners HealthCare in 2017 and Program Manager at EACH from July 2015 to September 2016. Li-Chen's academic background includes a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Health: Science, Society and Policy from Brandeis University.
