Jeffrey Lutkenhaus is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in optics, photonics, and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer II at Alcon since September 2017, Jeffrey previously held the position of Senior Engineer. Jeffrey's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physics from the University of North Texas, where research focused on fabricating photonic crystal templates using laser interference lithography. Prior to that, Jeffrey worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Zodiac Aerospace, supporting the complete Product Life Cycle Management for new product development and lean improvements in manufacturing processes for commercial aircraft components.
