Mentus Nnaemeka Ugwu is an experienced Electrical and Commissioning Engineer with over 8 years in the oil and gas sector and conventional power grid installations. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Electrical and Commissioning Engineer at Prime Sources Limited since January 2020, Mentus has previously held key positions at Alcon Nigeria Ltd as an Electrical Commissioning Engineer and at T&D Technologies as a Lead Electrical Engineer, where notable projects included the installation of 60MVA/3 outgoing feeders at Uyo Transmission Station. Mentus holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2009, and possesses in-depth knowledge of electrical safety protocols and management practices.
