Eric Hayton has extensive experience in the technology and gaming industries, currently serving as IT Business Solutions QA and Support Team Lead at The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario since November 2009, where responsibilities include organizing and executing QA processes for software application changes and updates. Previous roles include Application Tester and Business Advisor, supporting information systems design and implementation, and Electronic Gaming Inspector, ensuring regulatory compliance in the casino gaming sector. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Network Architect at QAS Computer Services and a Slot Technician at Caesars Windsor, alongside roles as an Apprentice Electrician and Avionics Technician in the Canadian Armed Forces. Eric holds multiple certifications, including those from Cisco and Microsoft, and has a solid educational background in electronics and avionics technology.
